TPS5430: Current regulated Converter for Lamp

We are using TI TPS5430 for powering 10W Lamp. Since lamp inrush current is high during power on ( due to cold filament at power On ), we are looking for Current regulated option for LAMP. 

Is there any TI device who can power 10 W ( or higher watt ) lamp and dedicated use is for LAMP load.

    TPS5430 is an internally compensated voltage mode control device.  While it is simple to design with, it is not particularly flexible.  It does have internal current limiting to limit the peak current during start up.  We do have current source devices that are typically used for LED drivers, but that may or may not be what you want.  Can you describe in more detail your application and how you expect the output to be controlled in start up and steady state?
