TPS54327: Could you tell me about TPS54327？

To be honest, increase inductor, the Cout should be reduced to keep the same cross frequency, but the transient will be worse than before.

So for 1Vout and 1.05Vout,  2.2uH is better than 4.7uH, and when you choose 2.2uH, please reduce Cout to keep the same cross frequency

For the accuracy, 20% is OK.

1, 4.7u ± 30% is not very good for this, because the max of the inductor will be double of 3.3uH. So we don't suggest this value even if the IC can work with 4.7u.

2, yes, you can use it

If you want to use 3.3uH, you can choose 47uF.

If you don't mind the load transient , 3.3uH and 94uF is also accepted.
