TPS63700: VSON-10 Package different in different packets received

Part Number: TPS63700

Hi,

We purchased  TPS63700DRC from TI store.

But the ICs differ in thermal pad shape in different packets.

One set looks same as in datasheet and stp file from TI site as per which we designed the footprint.

But the other looks different. Please see the image below of the IC and the footprint.

Please let us know if it is okay to use this.

    Hi Emil,

    It is not clear what the question is. The exposed thermal pad opening on the footprint on the PCB does not need to exactly match the exposed thermal pad shape on the IC.

    Yes, you can use these parts since you purchased through an authorized channel.
