TPS62822: High-side FET Ron maximam value

Hello,

Is it possible we can know high-side FET maximum Ron value?

I think TPS62822 can use below condition. Does my understanding correct?

VIN = 2.65V

Vout = 2.5V

Iout=2A

    Hi Watanabe-san,

    You can see the variation in Rdson due to temperature and Vin in Figure 3. This allows you to see a more accurate Rdson value for your exact conditions.

    As well, equation 3 shows how Vout will vary. Only you can judge if this is acceptable for your application.

    As well, there is the pin to pin TPS62823 which offers lower Rdson.
