Can you give some advice of the design below. The CE is now exceed.

GND poured in top layer can be enlarged. Please make sure that C17 is close to IC's GND and D3 is close to C17's GND. You can refer to the layout in the datasheet. Also you can try to use input EMI filter to reduce CE noise.

We add 10uf capacitor in output ,it works fine. Also, we try 1uf， the problem still exsit. Is there any explanation？

If you want to reduce CE noise, you can try to use input EMI filter in Vin side.
