BQ40Z50-R2: BQ40Z50-R2 can discharge but can not charge

Part Number: BQ40Z50-R2

My customer purchase the BQ40Z50-R2, after setting the parameters the pack can discharge but could not charge.

Please kindly find the following screen shot and gg file.

Is there any parameters I ignore? Please help check it.

Hi Star,

Please send a log in addition to your gg.csv file as I cannot scroll down and see what other Bit Registers are set. From first blush, the settings appear correct.

Please perform a continuity test on the trace connecting the gate of the CHG fet to the device as well as confirm proper VGS, etc...
