Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28950, UCC28950-Q1
Hi,
I would like to know detailed differences between the two devices.
I thought that 951 had current and voltage mode control, but I see that also in 950 datasheet.
Thanks
Umberto

Hello Umberto
The document at http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua853/slua853.pdf should clarify matters for you. Please feel free to re-post if you have any further questions.
The main difference is that the UCC28951-Q1 is an automotive grade part - the UCC28950 is not, although there is also a UCC28950-Q1 with automotive qualification too.

Colin
