Dear, Sir.
My customer is looking for the LED driver 20mA each output current. They are also expecting
3 different PWM inputs & assigning capabilty refered these 3 PWM's onto each multi-channel
outputs. I believe TLC6C5712-Q1 would be most suitable for such requests.
So, I would like to make sure several things as belows. Please give your advice.
1. PWM Minimum On-time Duty Cycle.
a) The dtasheet is defined the minimum duty 0.1% or 5us minimum on-time.
The customer will use 160Hz as PWM input. I wonder 0.08% become as
minimum duty (5us/6.25ms * 100)?
2. PWM Maximum Off-time Duty Cycle.
a) The dtasheet is defined the maximum duty 99.2% or 40us minimum off-time.
The customer will use 160Hz as PWM input. I wonder 99.36% become as
maximum duty (100-40us/6.25ms * 100)?
