TPS54531: Pre-bias start-up

Hi,

Can TPS54531 start up under pre-bias situation?

TPS54531 can't start up in my customer situation.

Vin=5V -> Vout=3.3V. 

Issue case is start-up from "Vin=0, Vout=600mV".

    Hi

    TPS54531 is a Non-sync buck converter, it can start up with pre-bias condition as no inductor reverse current, can you upload more detail application circuit?

    I can't post this information at web.  

    Below is waveform.

    Do you have a idea of cause?

    CH1 : Yellow Input voltage

    CH2 : Green Output voltage

    CH3 : Purple SS pin voltage

    CH4: Red PH pin voltage
