I use the version 1.3.80 and I do not know what I could have done but the original interface with dashboard, register window and command window has disappeared like in the screen capture below

How can I restore the original 1st installation viewing windows arrangement?

PS, I have tried to uninstall, restart computer and install again, but result has not changed.
