TPS65400-Q1: Can change power up sequence?

Hello,

Customer wants to make Power up sequence as below

1. SW1(1.0V, 2A) ==> 2. SW3(1.8V, 1A) ==> 3. SW4(1.35V, 1A) ==> 4. SW2(3.3V, 2A)

She does not use external sequencer (pulled high ENSWx pins) , so wants to control it by using SSx pins.

Can she make above power up seqeunce by changing Cssx cap value?

Or can you recommend other solution which can make this sequence?

    Hi, Sir

    No, Cssx cap is used for soft start, you cannot use it for sequence control.

    The ENSWx pin has pullup current, connecting different capacitor to ENSWx pin can implement different enable sequence.

    So the work around as below:

    1. Connect C1 to ENSW1 pin.  

    2. Connect C2 to ENSW2 pin.  

    3. Connect C3 to ENSW3 pin.  

    4. Connect C4 to ENSW4 pin.  

    Set C1 < C2 < C3 < C4.
