TPS61230A: current more than 20mA with no load

i need your help.

i have a project which use BQ21040 as charger, and TPS61230A as boost, boost to 5V, the power topologies as below. when i test the circuit, i find the current is about 33mA when i input 3.8V(lower than 4V) to TPS61230A directly(just put the TPS61230A and related components, no BQ21040 and TLV1117-3.3, no battery), and when the input voltage is bigger than 4V(the voltage drop between output and input less than 1V), the current meet the datasheet(less than 1mA with no load). i don't know what happened. i designed the schematic follow the WEBENCH, and layout follow the datasheet.

the output voltage is OK, it is 5V.

i can't see figures you attached.
could you check this issue in another board? and measure the waveform of VIN, SW and VOUT.

thanks for your reply, it seems can't paste schematic and layout. let me try again.

i didn't test on another board, and i have not the OSC on hand right now, will measure the wave later.

i still can't find the schematic and layout. however, it would be OK if you can follow the datasheet to build the circuit (schematic and layout)
please update if you have data in another board. which help to check the problem result from the IC or the external circuit
