TPS61089: Is there any device more recommendation device of TPS61089

Hello,

We look for boost converter. The spec is the below. We look at TPS61089 for this. Please let us know if there is more recommended devices.

Vin = 4.5~5.5V

Vout = 12V

Iout = 0.5A

Efficiency >= 90%

PVNN power IC input voltage may be switched between 12Vin and TPS61089 by FET switch.

You can also use TPS55340. Set the output voltage about 0.2V below the 12V. Then it can realize naturally switch between TPS55340 and the 12V out.

Hello Helen-san,
Thank you for the suggestion. I am not familiar with power device so for me, TPS61089 looks better because smaller package, integrate diode and higher current. Do you recommend to use TPS55340 than TPS61089?
