Hello,
Customer has PC which has gone though a few Windows Updates, and is now unable to use the BMSView software. Customer connects his EVM, and gets GUI popups listing errors, log files, traceback files, and missing .dll's.
Software: BMSView 2.2.3
Board: EM1401EVM
Customer tried reinstalling software, to no avail.
Is there a solution or suggestions we can provide for the customer?
