TPS51116: Startup waveform

Dear all.

When I use TPS51116 for DDR3, It have the time when VTT and VTTREF rise to 1.5V in a startup.
Do you understand this cause?

Hello,

I suspect VTT is charged up to 1.5V by the leakage current from DIMM when VTT is off (S3 pin is low).

Can you pull S3 pin high during power on and test again?

Also, if will be good if you can proivide schematic for review.
