TPS54332: Step down Switch ic 6A/7A

Hello,

I need your assistance to find step down ic which can be with similar characters (price, package so-8,eff, ets') to TPS54332 but with 6A/7A max current also with external N-Ch mosfet.

Operating spec: Vin max 26v, Vout 12v with Vout tolerance accuracy of max 2% and actual current limit.

I have tried to look for it at TI website but didn't found category with external mosfets. can you please advice for which ic's options available?

So you want to choose a controller, not a integrated? But i think integrated is also good for 6A or more, such as TPS56637

Hi Vental Mao,

I looked for this ic in ti TPS56637 but couldn't find it. I found it in Chinese websites only and noted that its qfn which I need kind of SO-. It seems that TI doesn't have this kind of ic's as I found them in competitors brands like LT. or maybe someone can correct me...

Byd, we changed the spec and now it can be with max constant operating voltage of 5A, 12v regulated, can you advice for this one?
