Any chance there is any UL Certification on this part..or plans to acquire UL Certification?

    Hi Edward,

    UL Certification is done on the customer side after the system is completely developed and designed. Individual ICs, such as our charger IC, do not go through the certification by themselves. You can use our charger IC and then submit your whole design for UL Certification.

    There are ways to reduce EMI and EMC so that you can pass UL Certification, including using ferrite beads, RC snubber on the SW node, improved board layout component placement, ground shielding, resistor in series with bootstrap cap, among other methods.
