BQ34Z100: ChemID identification

Part Number: BQ34Z100

Hello,

I have done the ChemID process on a Lead battery (12V 38Ah) with the BQ34z100 EVM.

Here are some more details regarding the configuration :

- Design capacity : 3800 mAh (38Ah divided by 10 as adviced here http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slua760)

- Number of series cells : 6

- Cell charge voltage : 2275 V

Here is a graphic of my ChemID process :

I did a C/20 discharge and waited for the flags at every relax.

The GPC tool gives me : Best chemical ID : 808 Best chemical ID max. deviation, % : 4

For lithium battery, it's recommended to have less than 3 % max deviation, is it the same with Lead battery ?

Do you have any other ChemID you would recommend ?

I also added the data at the end of this message.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Mickael
