From the characterization data the 6 sigma limits over temperature and input voltage are 1.0275 msec minimum and 1.1932 msec maximum.

Hi, Sorry for the delayed reply. Let me confirm your answer. I think your minimum value(1.0275msec) is bigger than typ value in datasheet. Is this correct?

Yes you are correct. I was surprised by that as well, but that is what the data showed. I suppose the typical was just rounded to 1 msec.
