If the output Voltage is 24V, what about the value of current? And how long it will last?

Vin=5V

Vout=24V

it also relate to the inductor. Please follow the equation (2), (3), (4) of the datasheet to calculate the inductor peak current. setting the maximum inductor peak current to 850mA, you can calculate the maximum output current.

it is constant current. it will last if IC junction temperature is lower than 125oC

Hello, Dose it suit the application. Vin=5V, Vout=24V, Current=100mA.
And if it dose,how to choose the suitable inductor.

it is OK. select a 22uH, <100mohm inductor

Hi,Jasper, thanks for your reply. Here is another question.Can it meet the demand output 7.4W which last 0.2s. Generally the output power is 3W which need last 1s.

0.2s 7.4W is a DC value for a switching converter. so the answer is not.
