How much is the variation of VFB under the following condition?

Tj=-20 to 85C

They don't need guarantee. They will use it as reference. Could you provide the data?

Tateo,

For EC table data, we won't test at all the temperature but just at limit temperature(-40C/125C). So we also don't have the VFB variation at -20C to 85C.

Hi, Sorry to delayed reply. Is there typical characteristic of VFB vs Junction temperature? If you could provide us it, it would be helpful for them.
