2.why retry have 3S delay?

    Please see section 9.4.4 in the D/S for the details of the hiccup short circuit protection.

    To explain your waveforms, I need to know your schematic and how the short is applied. Electronic loads, for example, typically have very poor control of their timings and on their AC behavior.
