Hi,
My board has some other power ICs besides TPS548D22, most of them use 10uF caps, in order to reduce component types, I want use 10uF cap to replace 4.7uF cap for TPS548D22, is that OK?

It is probably ok. A slightly higher value such as 10 uF may no affect the stability. In many cases where a fixed value is expected, we do not test with alternate values. I will confirm this when I get to he office later today.
Hi John,
Here are the caps we are about to use, pls check.
X5R;Nominal Voltage:10V;Capacitance:4.7μF;Accuracy:±10%;Footprint:0603
Models:GRM188R61A475KE15D//LMK107BJ475KA-T//CL10A475KP8NNXC
X6S;Nominal Voltage:10V;Capacitance:10μF;Accuracy:±20%;Footprint:0603
Models:GRM188C81A106MA73D//LMK107BC6106MA-T//C1608X6S1A106MT
I will look up the characteristics when I get into the office later today and let you know.
i use this on line tool:
The GRM188R61A475KE15D is only 1.9 uF at 5.1 V dc voltage.
The GRM188C81A106MA73D is 4.02 uF. I would definitely recommend you use this option.
