BQ51021: TS/CTRL temperature sense pulses

Part Number: BQ51021

Hi there,

we're evaluating the BQ51021 for a wireless power RX application utilizing the NTC temperature sense function. In principle, the circuit shows the expected behaviour (a TS pulse, width ~64ms, on the TS/CTRL pin appearing approximately every 1.7s). There is one "strange thing" we observed when increasing the ambient temperature (so, heating up RX and TX in a temperature chamber): between the "regular" 64ms pulses, there are longer pulses appearing on the NTC line (approx. 1.7s long). I've attached oscilloscope screenshots showing the voltage at the TS/CTRL pin.

Are there any ideas where this might come from?
