BQ20Z45-R1: Sometimes Only Part of the GG File Is Exported

Sometimes when trying to export the .gg file, only a portion is downloaded. I have tried several updated EV2400s with the same results. The packs are unsealed for we do not seal them in production. These are production worthy packs that we were testing for production readiness. Attached is the screen shot of the missing data and error.

Hi David,

Please remove EVSW and reinstall the latest version as Administrator. This error may occur if the installation or files have become corrupted.

It only happens with this battery. Other batteries can read it perfectly.

Hi David,

I am unable to reproduce this error. In an attempt to isolate the error between communications and/or the EVSW software, please attach a digital analyzer to sniff the bus traffic between your EV2400 and board and see if there is an unexpected NACK partway through reading the gauge settings.

Please test with the good battery and the 'bad battery' so we may diff the results.
