BQ76940: Internal Diagnostics for ADCs?

Hi,

I have a customer inquiring about what internal diagnostics the BQ chip has for the A2D converters. Would you be able to please comment?

    Hi Drew,
    The bq76940 does not include diagnostics on the A2D converters. As a check of the voltage ADC the user could switch between internal and external temperature measurement, this would take some time and there is a possibility the reading could be the same. Also the user must be sure the ADC is enabled or subsequent register reads will return the value stored in the register.
