Hi all,
What I am trying to do. Charge a 2S lipo battery pack with balancing and a fuel gauge? Stand alone preferred but I do have some room on the Micro controller. Charge rate is approximately 500mA to 1A max. Although some IC's can charge a 2S packs my first question, is balancing required?. I do want to this to be a safe device. Can anyone recommend a series of IC's that can help reduce the circuitry need to accomplish this.
