I have a client, do the following tests：
The highest voltage of 4.5 V batteries, after charge done, don't pull out the adapter, more than 12 hours after charging for a long time,
Found that the battery down to around 90% .
Found at this time，REG06 are reset to default values that the max charger voltage is 4.2V.
Is this normal? Do you have any Suggestions to solve this problem？
