Hello,

I have the BQ24725A hooked up with the EV2400 and 2 batteries in a 2s1p configuration. I have the DCIN of the EVM at 20V and the Bat load is connected with a multimeter and the battery. The SMBUS off of the EV2400 is connected to the EVM as well with another 3.3V powering that portion of the EVM. I am unable to charge the battery, and writing to the Charge Voltage or Charge Current portions of the GUI do nothing to the system. I read no current at any time. How can I resolve the charging issue?

When you send out charging command, what error message do you get?

I do not get an error message. It just seems to ignore what I tell it.

I am running a Windows 10 machine and have already installed the support files with that as well.

You mean you don't get any pop up error message when you read the register value. I thought you have seen an error message.
If you didn't see any error message, the command may be sent to the EVM, please check the SCL and SDA waveform on the EVM.
