Does TI have Fast Charging Battery Charger IC for 48V Lion Battery Pack

Battery Voltage : 48V

Battery Capacity: 45AH

    Right now, TI doesn't have an integrated charger IC solution for 48V/45AH Lion battery charger solution.

    You may have to do a discrete solution with MSP430 (charging profile control) and AC/DC or DC/DC converter (current and voltage regulation). Several MSP430 application notes are published. I am not sure which one can help you. Please check those MSP430 application notes.
