LM2663: ShutDown Mode

Hello,

Make LM2663 circuit as below.

To make Shutdown mode, connect over 2V to SD pin. But doesn't work as Shutdown mode.

When I make LV pin(pin6) to float (not connected to GND) and connect over 2V  to SD pin, then it works well as shutdown mode.

Could you let me know why shutdown mode doesn't work with LV pin connected to GND?

    We tested on our EVM and the device can be shutdown by pulling SD to 2V, regardless the condition of LV pin (OPEN or GND). It is possible that your IC properties are somehow altered. Can you replace the IC with a fresh one and re-test?
