Hi,
One of my customer is willing to use TI's BQ24259 for their network application.
They ask to TI if there's any problem on their schematic.
Please help us.
thanks,
TS

Hey TS,
A few things to note:
1) The PSEL pin is floating. This could give you either 500mA or 3A current limit on startup. Is this unwanted behavior, or you are just doing to program the input current limit yourself for each adapter/USB plug-in, then this is ok.
2) We also recommend a higher capacitance on the BAT pins of at least 10uF.
3) With the quality of the image, it is difficult to tell what is connected to QON. Can you clarify what is on that pin?
4) There is a note about the capacitor on VBUS (1uF) to place as close to IC. While this is important, please make the PMID capacitor (10uF) the priority, and then VBUS.
From what I can tell, specifically regarding the bq24259 charger, those are the suggestions I have.
Regards,
Joel H
