BQ25505: Only Second Battery (No VIN_DC)

Hi.

I have a question about bq25505.

I designed using second battery (no primary battery)

When VIN_DC (Solar) is not inserted and only second battery is connected, VSTOR is no output.

And

When VIN_DC (Solar) is inserted and only second battery is connected, VSTOR comes out.

When no VIN_DC (Solar), is no VSTOR output?
