My customer is looking for e-fuse in hurry, WS design (working sample) is soon .
Below is the requirement from customer.
1) with output slew rate control
2) ABS mmax must be over 22.5V
( normal operating typically 7~18V, but 22.5V may be applied )
3) On resistance: under 100mohm
4) operating current 3A
5) limitting current 3.5A (adjustable)
TPS2421-1/-2, TPS2590 would be candidate, but it has no output slew rate control. The slew rate is depend on application( Rload).
( They have CT terminal for FAULT timer, but it does not specify output slew rate.... Is my understanding correct?)
TPS259270, TPS259010 would be good cnadidate, but its very regret that ABS max is 22V.
I could not find it, but would you please advise TI's solution for 1)~5) which is active within this month ?
