UCC256303: UCC256303 BLK PIN ISSUE

Part Number: UCC256303

My customer operation in in the 600W, there was a problem, the following two pictures are measured twice Vds synchronous rectifier MOSFET, the left is the normal operationOf the wave, the right is the shutdown waveform, will cause the right figure this way, it should be its IC BLK off voltage is too low, so the LLC has been until the capacitor voltage is about 240V before closing, and then cause this problem, Want to confirm whether this point can adjust the resistance to improve the turn-off point (about 300V or so), or have other views, please inform, thank you.

  • Hi Hsu,

Thanks for your interest in UCC256303. Are you able to share a schematic? The BLK pin is typically connected to a resistor divider coming from the high voltage input. Adjusting the divider ratio will adjust the turn on and turn off voltage threshold.

    Best Regards,
