BQ24295: tolerance of Charge Current

Dear TI member,

Could you let me know the tolerance at charge current = 512mA?

My customer set to 512mA, but measure the current just only 463mA(Almost -10%). Is it normal or not?

    Hey Julian,

    While we do not specify the tolerance of the charge current at that setting, it could potentially be a little high from what I may expect.

    Do you know if your customer is in an of the DPM states? IINDPM or VINDPM? What is the battery voltage? Is it close to the CV region of operation?

    This could reveal other potential causes.
