TPS65930 behaving strangely, 1.8V droping to 1.67V after random time.

We are using TPs65930 to power OMAP3503 in our board.

We had built two protos of design and we did not had any issues with TPS65930 power supply. But in our new prototype, we are observing strange behaviour where we see also TPS65930 goes below spec after running for random time ( 30 minutes to  few hours).Voltage measurement during running state and failure condition is as below.

    Hi,

    If your hardware is pretty much the same then I dont know why you would see such behavior. The voltages do not seem to be affected similarly on all power supplies. Try to power-on one supply at a time and see if you can corelate any behavior.

    I dont have anything else that I can think of for such behavior. I dont think it comes from TPS65930, may be something on the board is causing this.
