BQ40Z50-R1: RSOC is not accuracy

Dear team,

Would you kindly help check the log data and gg.csv to confirm what may cause the RSOC is not accuracy during self learning cycle?

This is for a 3s6p battery pack,customer has followed strictly self learning cycle condition. ChemID is 2077.

Can you share before learning cycle gg file? We need to compare before and after to determine if the correct procedure is followed.

Hi Sammi,

We really need clarity on what is the customer's concern or expectation about the reported RSOC. I looked at the log and the gg files. The RSOC in the log is in line with the settings in the GG file. RSOC = 0% at Pack Voltage ~11200mV as Term Voltage set in gg file. RSOC = 81% at 12059mV and FC is set to 4200mV/cell (12600mV for Pack voltage) in gg file. No SOC jumps during the constant load discharge.

The RSOC in the log looks fine to me based on the gg file.

I have found the reason, customer set a wrong terminate voltage. I think this should be the reason.
