Dear  Sir:

     if my input current is higher than the input current limit, what does the BQ24780S  have to do? Thanks for your support.

    bq24780S will reduce charger current to zero. If the input current limit setting is higher than 1.5A and battery is available, you can enable turbo mode to let battery voltage boost up to support the system load and maintain the input current back to the input current limit setting.
