Dear Sir, I have some question on bq24610 PCB layout. The bq24610's Thermal PAD should be connect to PGND(DC Adapter GND) or Analog GND? The bq24610's GND pin should be connect to PGND(DC Adapter GND) or Analog GND? Thanks.

Please see the pin functions table on page 4 and page 5.
GND: Low-current sensitive analog and digital ground. On PCB layout, connect with the thermal pad underneath the IC.
ThermalPad: Exposed pad beneath the IC. Always solder the thermal pad to the board, and have vias on the thermal pad plane star-connecting to GND and ground plane for high-current power converter. It also serves as a thermal pad to dissipate the heat.
Thernal pad should be connected to the GND plane.
You power gnd and analog ground should join use star-connecting to connect with the thermal pad plane.
