Hi,

I have installed battery management software. I have BQ27750EVM-837 and EVM2400.

My bqStudio is not able to automatically detect IC. The .ghz file was also not there but I have now downloaded and placed it in config folder.

What should I do to update the firmware and where can I find and place the .srec file?
