TPS65251 3V3 Capacitor clarification

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65251

The datasheet for the TPS65251 indicates a 10uF capacitor for 3V3 on page 4 (Terminal Funcitons Description). On page 13 (Typical applicaiton circuit), the 3V3 cap is shown as a 3.3uF. Also, on the EVM a 3.3uF capacitor is shown in the position (3V3).

Please clarify the correct capacitance.

Thanks

Steve

3V3 is internal 3.3V LDO output and the 3.3V LDO use both interanl digital logic operating insdie TPS65251and outside pull-up through the 100Kohm(each channel enable pin and power save on/off). First we put-in 3.3uF bypass cap in all referecne design boards but some coustmers complain the value of 3.3uF becasue it is not much using common value in field side hecne we changed 10uF as same as V6V(for same BOM list) which is another interanl LDO bypass cap in TPS65251 for N-FET gate drive and than for a while, some customers complain again about why so big size cap in there hecne finally we changed 4.7uF that is common cap value.

All three caps working fine in any aplications.  that is some story about why?. I hope help.
