I made the board using BQ24610.
There are some questions during the board test.
1. When the power is turned on with no battery, the connected LED turns on(STAT1). Is this behavior correct?
2. The blue part is the Kelvin-sense part, is there a problem?
3. Does the decoupling capacitor (C34) have to be placed close to the IC?
