We got a question from customer about TPS51206.

Could you help us?

Could you tell me the VREF accuracy of TPS51206.

The accuracy of VREF is ± 1.25% in the worst case.

If output current and temperature are limited as follows, can the output voltage error be within ± 1%?

-Temperature range: 0 to 75 ℃

-Output current: within 5 mA or within 3 mA

Hello,

What type of DDR is used in this design?
The VREF tolerange is within +/- 1% with margin when VREF current is 100uA.
Usually 100uA should be large enough for DDR3 or DDR4 applicaiton.
