TPS53317: Looking for 8A or higher output current Converter for DDR4 Memory Termination

Hi,

I have come with the new design that requires high current of VTT for DDR4 Memory Termination. I found that TI has TPS53317 @6A, but I need one having higher current (8A). It is appreciate if you can have any solution for this issue! Thanks!

    Hello,

    Does one single DDR4 memory need 8A VTT current?

    If the VTT current of single memorry is less than 6A, can you consider two TPS53317 for your design?

    Btw, two TPS53317 can not be stackable to provider higher current. They have to operate separately.
