I'm using the LM251118.and I need to Know how to calculate VGS for the High side in order to ensure that the FET will turns on after the controller.
I have tried to calculate deltaVboot= Qtot/Cboot , but I can't find all parameters in datasheet
Could anyone help me in this issue ?
