LM53600-Q1: LM53600-Q1 Junction temperature approximation?

Part Number: LM53600-Q1

Team,

How can i estimate junction temperature for LM53600-Q1? Vin=16V, Vout = 5V, Iout = 600mA max. Let's ignore the switching losses i am showing below in Figure 2, i do not think is accurate (Pswf and Pswr). If i just compare the I^2*R losses (Pctrl is Phsfet, Psync is LS Pls total 75mW estimated) i am calculating no where near the 350mW power dissipation that WebBench is estimating (Figure 1). In Webench the max load i can simulate with is 500mA, i would think for this to be lower than my estimation.

Am i performing the estimation correctly?

In WebBench i edited the PCB model, got rid of the copper in layers 2/3 and shrunk the copper on the top and bottom layers. I am trying to  verify if i will be limited thermally at a 600mA DC load.

The total losses include HS conduction Loss + HS Crossover Loss+ HS gate charge Loss + SW node Coss Loss + Reverse recovery Loss + LS conduction Loss + LS FET switching Loss + LS gate charge Loss + LDO Loss +Diode conduction loss + DCR Loss .

I am sharing an excel sheet with the values to you on your email address .
