I recently got the BQ27510EVM, which came with no CD. I downloaded the bq Eval SW v0.9.65. When I run the sw, it AutoDetected device 510_1_11 and states 'Detected unknown or unsupported target'. However, it only shows support for the -G2 device (510_1_20, 510_1_22, and 510_1_23). How do I get software support for the version that I have? The technical assistance just asked me to go to the forum.
Do I have the old chip (not -G1 and not -G2)? Since I want to produce a product with this line of chips and only the -G1 and -G2 are active parts, should I just have to change out the chip to a -G1 or -G2? What is the difference between the -G1 and -G2? I see the scratchpad size is different, but how should I choose?
