LM2676: tab of NDZ(TO-220) package

I had submit LM2676T-ADJ/NOPB sample to customer replace of MPM80 (sanken), but please let me confirm.

* Tab of LM2676T-ADJ/NOPB (NDZ: TO-220) is GND ? connencted #4 pin internally ?

* Flow soldering ( 255deg-C 5sec) available?

Kanji,

The datasheet doesn't seem to specify if the tab is connected to GND. Let me double-check on this.

Soldering specs are in section 6.1 (see below).

Kanji,

The datasheet on page 27 shows the layout with the tab connected to GND. You can connect the tab to a good GND plane for the best heat dissipation.
