I want to check why TIDA-01494 have standby power on the EVM?

UCC2563X series IC is used for non-standby power design, right?

If customer want to test TIDA-01494 for non-standby power design, have anything need to be change for circuit design?

Hi Bo Xian Yeh,

Thanks for your interest in TIDA-01494. Could you help me understand what you mean by "non-standby power design"? UCC25630x has a configurable burst mode function to help boost light load efficiency and minimize standby power. Is your question how to reduce the standby power in this design?

Thanks for your reply.

On the TIDA-01494 have auxiliary power for LLC+PFC. But UCC25630 can directly supply by AC voltage for start up the circuit. Do you have any design circuit that LLC+PFC can directly work with AC voltage(with auxiliary)?

TIDA-01557 is a PFC + LLC design without auxiliary:www.ti.com/.../TIDA-01557
PMP20795 is a LLC design without auxiliary supply (please note that this design is LLC only):www.ti.com/.../tidrsc3.pdf

TIDA-01494 and TIDA-01501 both contain an auxiliary supply
